This month I have included two exercises that I request you do. I will be looking for your email feedback on these extremely powerful methods.

The first is an exercise that I have been experimenting with and will be a part of a new “Pain Management Program” I am working on. I will let you know via this newsletter when it is completely ready. In the meantime, I would like to hear the results you get by doing this first exercise. Please email me directly at john-morgan@cox.net

The second is a poem to read at least once a day for 21 days. I would like to know how much lighter your life gets after reading this for 3 weeks. It’s based on my own personal experiences and the reports I get from people who just read this repeatedly are amazing. Please drop me an email at john-morgan@cox.net and let me know your results.

My goal is to have the poem illustrated like a Children’s Book and the subtitle will be “For Adults Who Were Once Children.” If you know anyone with skills illustrating children’s books, let me know.

Before I give you these exercises, I would like to thank everyone for all the wonderful feedback I am getting from our SLEEP THROUGH THE NIGHT EVERY NIGHT CD.

This CD is tailor made for someone who is keeping themselves awake at night with the internal noise their mind is generating. This, like all of my products, comes from my personal experience. I would never recommend anything to anyone that I personally can’t validate. I can validate this CD.

I request that you buy a copy of SLEEP THROUGHT THE NIGHT EVERY NIGHT for you or someone you know who is suffering with insomnia. I guarantee it will help you or I will refund your purchase price. It’s $39.95 and you can order online at http://johnmorganseminars.com OR call 800-735-6907 and order by phone.

EXERCISE 1

Find a part of your body that is giving you some pain. Start with a minor ache or pain. You can always work up to larger pain after you have some practice. It’s like one of my teachers, Jerry Stocking says, “Anything worth doing is worth doing poorly at first.”

Now, I want you to pretend that the part of your body that is hurting has the ability to breathe on its own. Use your imagination. Next, imagine that part of your body is taking in a deep breath and then just sighing it out. Please breathe along with this body part as you do this. Then, do an audible sigh as you slowly let go of the breath and imagine the body part also letting go of the breath.

Do this for 10 repetitions and take a one minute break. Then do another 10 repetitions and take a one minute break. Then do 10 more repetitions. This should take less than 10 minutes.

You are personifying a body part by imagining that it can breathe on its own and you are applying a therapeutic deep breath and sigh to that specific area. I have gotten wonderful relief from this technique and I would like to hear about your personal results after using this technique for 3 weeks. Please remember to email me at john-morgan@cox.net

EXERCISE 2

Read this poem at least once a day for 21 days in a row. I guarantee your life will become lighter as the message sinks deeply into your psyche. You may also notice major productive changes in your life beginning to emerge. Again, email me your experience after 3 weeks of repeated reading.

You Are The Sun

(The story of Johnnie Ray and you)

Johnnie Ray is a sunbeam
Whose story is not rare
You hear a version of it everyday
And remember, only fairy tales are fair.

He was a little sunbeam once
And he was always very bright
He would shine his light throughout the day
All the way into the night.

Johnnie’s family fragmented
When he was a growing ray,
This siphoned off some of his light
That he vowed to reclaim one day.

Then Johnnie fell in love
With a warm, caring beam named “Sunshine.”
She became the light of his life
He asked her to be mine.

Johnnie and Sunshine had three wonderful little sunbeams
Their family life was so grand
And the little ones grew and had sunbeams of their own
Spreading sunlight across the land.

This story gets cloudy, dark and gloomy now
Because Johnnie’s light was dimming
And he didn’t know how to brighten it
Thoughts in his head were swimming.

He tried to get more light from Sunshine
Because she had so much to bestow
This actually worked for awhile
Then became a big pas faux

Sunshine could no longer provide Johnnie’s brightness
Because her light was dimming too
She looked for it in the caldron of culture
And became part of that watery stew.

Sunshine left Johnnie
To see if she could recapture her light
For hours and days on end she’d try
From early morning ‘til late at night.

Johnnie Ray missed Sunshine terribly
He wanted her to come home and shine
He’d fret and fuss the day away
Just waiting for a sign.

This caused Johnnie’s beam
To dim even more
Sunshine was off seeking artificial light
To put sunbeams at her door.

Johnnie thought if only she would return
They could shine together once more
But his logic proved him wrong
Even though his intentions were pure.

Johnnie Ray was looking for the light
In all the wrong places.
He forgot what it was to be a sunbeam
He was just going through the paces.

A sunbeam is a child of the sun
Which is the provider of light
If you are not connected to it
You fall to earth like a windless kite.

Johnnie and Sunshine forgot they were connected
And continued to bemoan
Both remained in darkness
They thought they beamed all on their own.

When they started dimming
They searched for compensating light
In persons, places and things
But most of their days were becoming like night.

But eventually sunlight
Finds the smallest crack
And puts illumination on darkened corners
Even in the back.

This brilliant light finally found
Johnnie Ray
And it enlightened his life
That very day.

He finally realized his light
Came from the sun
How silly of him to think
He and his source were not one

All other sunbeams
Are connected too
But most think they’re isolated
It’s just not true.

Johnnie Ray forgets the truth sometimes
That he doesn’t exist without the sun
But that cold idea quickly fades
And he remembers they are connected – one.

It is hoped that Sunshine
Discovers she is part of the source
She, like you, deserves to glow again
Just as a matter of course.

Johnnie now knows that he, you, and Sunshine,
Are, together, one light
Nourished by the sun
Even at night.

This I declare with certainty is true
Your light is second to none
I wonder how soon you’ll discover
You and the sun are one.

All the best,
John Morgan
