RETUNE YOUR FREQUENCY

Here is an exercise that I have come up with that works wonderfully and it takes less than a minute to do.

The exercise is based on the Quantum Physics premise that everything is energy. The only thing that makes a wooded chair a wooden chair is the frequency at which the sub-atomic particles vibrate.

Thoughts also vibrate at certain frequencies. The higher the frequency – the less visible something is. Thoughts vibrate at unseen frequencies. Patterns of behavior vibrate at unseen frequencies.

The premise of the exercise is to find a pattern of behavior – whether in thought or in activity – that you would like to outgrow.

STEP ONE is to ask yourself: Where in my body does this pattern live? After asking yourself this question, pay attention to your body and a certain area of your body will respond – with some sort of feeling – a warmness, coldness, twitch, tingling, or some sensation you didn’t notice before asking the question.

STEP TWO is to pretend you have three set screws on your body. A set screw is something you turn left or right to adjust something. In this case it will be a frequency in three areas of your body.

Imagine the three areas where the set screws are located are:

4 inches below your belly button.
1 inch above your breast bone.
1 inch above the bridge of your nose.

Now, mentally adjust the one below your navel until it feels like you are close to locking on to a frequency. Don’t lock on, just get close. This is the master adjustment screw.

Next, adjust the one above your breast bone until you can actually feel it lock on to a frequency. Remember, we are just pretending, so use your imagination.

Next, adjust the one above the bridge of your nose until it locks on to the exact frequency you locked into with your breast bone set screw. These two frequencies now will vibrate together – like a tuning fork. Make the effort to feel them vibrating together.

Now, the FINAL STEP is to adjust the master set screw below your belly button to the exact frequency that you have tuned your breast bone and the bridge of your nose set screws to. You should now have a sense that all three areas are vibrating at the same frequency. They are vibrating as one.

Now go back and ask yourself the same question you did at the beginning – Where in my body does this pattern live? Most often, people have a difficult time relocating the pattern and have an incredible sense of well being in their mind and body. Even if they can locate the pattern, they find that it is not as strong and they enjoy more mental well being.

My sense is you have retuned the frequency of the bothersome pattern to a higher level and it begins to melt and fade away because the frequencies that held it in place have been retuned.

This sounds like it’s too simple to work. Don’t judge it in your head. Do the exercise and judge the results with your body. This is an exercise that can be done multiple times a day – anytime, anywhere. Consistent application of this exercise will have you outgrow old patterns and grow into new ones.
